Hot Tub - Slide - King Bed - Views - Pool Table - Firepit - USAFA

For USAFA parents weekend we had a group with different needs (couple over 50, parents of 3 month old and a couple 18 yr old boys) and this place could not have been more perfect for us with a ton of space. Everyone had a place to do what they wanted. The beds and couches were very comfortable and we enjoyed playing games and watching tv together with plenty of space. The house is a bit worn and the kitchen needs more cookware/utensils but overall we enjoyed our stay.

There was enough room for all of us, and the rooms were big. We enjoyed the hot tub. Loved the house.

Just know that one of the basement bedrooms does not have a closet. The other basement bedroom has a closet but no pole for hanging clothes, or shelves. All upstairs bedrooms have closets. Pet friendly. Other than that, the place was absolutely perfect in regards to space and having two refrigerators, plenty of bathrooms, hot tub was amazing! It had all major necessities and then some! Communication with Austin was great and he took care of us very well! He went above and beyond for us!

Had plenty of space for the whole family

House was clean, comfortable, and close to everything we wanted to do. The hot tub was perfect! The temperature of the house was also perfect. While there was no bedroom on the main floor, the beds were comfortable. It was a great place for our extended family vacation. Thank you!
