Broadmoor Views - Pool Table - Grill - USAFA

Great location, fantastic space, perfect for our group.

The house is spacious and clean. Very comfortable. The house is very centrally located to everything. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The master bath shower is amazing. Steam shower is wonderful. Had small problem with the door lock and the owner came right over and replaced the battery. We were very impressed. Great communication. The pictures are very accurate to the place. The kitchen has an amazing stove. The only thing the place needs is a pizza cutter. We would definitely stay again.

Great location on southwest side makes for easy access to downtown, Garden of the Gods, and more. Roomy house works well for a family. Responsive host.

Host was extremely accommodating and quick to respond. Home was very roomy, but in need of some TLC, deep cleaning, appliance/HVAC maintenance. More hand towels, coffee cups and glasses would have been nice, as not enough for how many home can accommodate. For those traveling with pets, there is no grass yard, but nice area to walk.

Very good experience. The house was clean and had all the necessary travel items needed for a more stress free vacation. Would very much recommend this rental.
